Philippine Industrial Estate Association (PHILEA) awarded a certificate of appreciation to SPPI Chairman & CEO Guillermo D. Luchangco (center) during its General Membership Meeting and Fellowship last December 7, 2022. The recognition was given in grateful appreciation of Mr. Luchangco’s initiative to spearhead the formation of PHILEA 30 years ago, in response to the government’s clamor for private sector to assume a more proactive role in industrial development.
