SPPI partners with China-based consulting company for international promotion

In its effort to attract more diverse foreign locators, Science Park of the Philippines (SPPI) signed a Promotion and Marketing Agreement with Beijing VICTWO Outbound Investment Consulting Company Ltd., a China-based
professional consulting company specializing in overseas market development for Chinese companies. The partnership was formalized in a virtual signing ceremony held on December 7, 2021.

Organized by VICTWO’s founder and CEO, Mr. Edward Yang, the signing ceremony was attended by top level officials of Xiamen High Tech Innovation Center (XMTORCH) and Xiamen Victwo BizTech Co. Ltd., including representatives from the Ministry of Science and Technology and highranking government officials from Huli District, Xiamen.

Mr. Glenn Penaranda, Commercial Counselor of the Philippines in China, in his online speech, described the partnership as a great contribution to the continuing effort to strengthen the cooperation between private enterprises in the Philippines and China.
