Telephone Operator/ Receptionist

The successful candidate shall assist the Administration group in performing administration functions/tasks. He/she will receive and process phone calls and forward these to the concerned personnel. He/she will handle the company guests at the reception area and receive, sort incoming documents, packages, and parcels and advise messengers or janitors to route to concerned employees. The ideal candidate should have:

  • a bachelor’s degree;
  • at least 1-year work-related experience or administrative experience;
  • excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English; and
  • proficiency in MS Offices and keen to details.
