The successful candidate shall provide technical services & support in the initial planning of new projects (conceptualization), application of permits and licenses including representation in various government agencies concerning technical specifications & standards of the proposed project(s). The ideal candidate should have:
- a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed;
- at least three (3) years’ experience in planning & design works in subdivision development;
- proficiency in ACAD and knowledgeable in subdivision laws, specifications & standards; building codes (PD 1096, PD 957, BP 220, LGU ordinances);
- willingness to work extended hours when necessary and can work under pressure
