The successful candidate willl be responsible for planning programs and activities of the township administration. He/ she will formulate policies, systems, and procedures for effective and efficient township management. He/ she will overall monitor the implementation and effectiveness of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have:

• a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and must be licensed; MBA is an advantage;
• at least five (5) years’ work experience in property management, waterworks system, general services, technical services, and security administration;
• proficiency in using MS offices;
• good oral and written communication skills;
• good interpersonal skills and can relate to people from all levels; and
• willingness to work extended hours when necessary and can work under pressure
