The successful candidate will supervise house construction. He/she will ensure timely delivery of materials, check quality and quantity of material deliveries with the end objective of on-time delivery of project based on contract. He/she will also check layout, structural work and architectural work against approved drawing. The ideal candidate should have:

• a Civil engineering degree and must be licensed;
• at least 3 years’ experience in house construction and land development;
• working experience in cost estimates, structural design, project management, and quality control inspection;
• good oral and written communication skills;
• proficiency in MS offices
