The successful candidate shall be responsible in project budgeting and planning. He/ she will see to it that sales targets for his/ her assigned product lines in general will be attained. He/ she will oversee sales & marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have:
- a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Economics, preferably with valid REB license;
- a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in marketing of real estate development projects, such as, but not limited to condominium projects, horizontal subdivisions, commercial leasing experience in an advantage;
- excellent communication skills;
- above average skills in sales, marketing, planning, leading, controlling and people management;
- proficiency in using MS offices;
- the ability to do multi-tasking and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
