The successful candidate shall prepare and present various project and feasibility studies and conduct financial analyses for the individual companies within the Group. He/she shall also coordinate the preparation of strategic and operational plans of the individual companies.

The ideal candidate should have:

• a Business Management, Economics, Finance or any relevant degree, preferably with an MBA or other post graduate studies;
• at least two (3) years’ experience in financial analysis, and implementation of corporate planning systems;
• strong understanding and ability to prepare financial models and financial statements e.g Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Capitalization;
• good understanding on basic economics;
• good grasp of market and industry trends in the property market, will be an advantage;
• excellent communication skills;
• above average proficiency in different computer software languages; and
• ability to work with minimum supervision and has multi-tasking skills.
