The successful candidate will oversee and execute the end-to-end procurement operations. The role is expected to independently manage vendor relations, negotiate technical requirements, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. This role serves as the primary liaison between external suppliers and internal senior management.

The ideal candidate should have:

• a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
• at least four (4) years working experience in procurement, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or senior role;
• knowledge of construction/ industrial materials;
• knowledge in billing process and monitoring;
• high level of maturity to handle pressure and communication with senior executives with confidence;
• ability to make quick, sound decisions when issues arise with suppliers or logistics;
• strong ethical standards and the grit to handle demanding negotiation scenarios; and
• proficiency in MS Offices especially Excel and ERP software.
