The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects from concept to completion. The role oversees project feasibility, market positioning, financial performance, design coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Construction, Finance, Permits, and external consultants to drive project success and maximize project value.

The ideal candidate should have:

• minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in real estate project development or related field;
• an Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Management, Business Management degree, an MBA or master’s degree in related field is an advantage;
• strong background in feasibility studies, financial analysis, and project planning;
• knowledge of real estate development processes, construction, permits, and market analysis;
• proficiency in project management and presentation tools;
• strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; and
• proficiency in MS offices.
