The successful candidate will handle all aspects of the business operations, property management and administration of the site office, to include day to day staff management. He/ she will ensure that all common areas, facilities, and services of the site office projects are properly maintained. He/ she shall institute new or revise existing systems, procedures, and policies to ensure that various work components of property management – waterworks system, general services, technical services and security administration are executed properly, timely, effectively, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • at least six (6) years related experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity;
  • a BS Engineering degree, an MBA or master’s degree in related field is an advantage;
  • operation management skills, strategic planning skills;
  • leadership skills and decision making skills;
  • effective communication skills; and
  • proficiency in MS offices.
