The successful candidate will be responsible in conducting geographic scans to determine growth areas suitable for future property developments and to liaise with brokers and landowners to solicit possible properties for acquisition. The ideal candidate should have:

• a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management courses;
• at least five (5) years’ experience in the related field – land acquisition, real estate business development or project development, real estate investments and capital markets, corporate planning, urban planning;
• good analytical skills and effective communication skills and negotiation skills; and
• proficiency in MS Office.
