Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience in administration, secretarial functions

Shall be responsible for the following tasks: – Creation of minutes of the meetings – Documentation and filing – Consolidation of all needed reports – Petty Cash Management – Processing of bills payments and dues – Preparation of Certificate of Donations – Assistance in the preparation of reports and presentations – Management and monitoring of office supplies
