The successful candidate will oversee the smooth flow of our company’s various administration processes.  Areas of responsibilities are office administration, site collection officer, general services, property management, purchasing, stock management, janitorial and messengerial supervision, handling of records, secretarial duties for the VP Operations and other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. The ideal candidate should have:

  • at least a bachelor’s degree;
  • at least 1-2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant;
  • basic knowledge in accounting and keen to details;
  • good oral and written communication skills, fluent in English; and
  • proficiency in MS Offices, preferably with experience in using SAP.
